Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Marketplace Operations Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Case Note Management:
- Accurately and efficiently document all interactions with sellers and Amazon support.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all cases and resolutions.
- Ensure all case notes are clear, concise, and professional.
- Listing Quality Assurance:
- Review and analyze product listings to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Identify and correct errors in product titles, descriptions, images, and other listing attributes.
- Provide recommendations to sellers on how to improve their listings for better visibility and sales.
- Seller Communication:

Qualifications
