About the Role

As an Amazon Returns & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing order issues, analyzing seller performance notes, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. You'll be working during the night shift, contributing to our 24/7 operational coverage.

Responsibilities

• Review Order Issues: Investigate and resolve customer order issues, including returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
• Analyze Seller Performance Notes: Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and potential compliance issues.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all products and listings comply with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and regulations.
