What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to American Express Cardmembers via phone, email, and chat (depending on the specific team).
- Respond to inquiries regarding account information, billing statements, payment options, and reward programs.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Process account maintenance requests, such as address changes, card replacements, and payment arrangements.
- Educate Cardmembers about American Express products and services, promoting their value and benefits.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and concisely in the appropriate systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in products, services, and procedures.

Shift Details
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
