Job Summary: Remote Email Correspondence Agent (Night Shift)

As a Remote Email Correspondence Agent, you will be responsible for responding to Card Member inquiries via email in a professional, efficient, and empathetic manner. You will be handling a variety of requests, including statement inquiries, travel-related notes, and general account information. This is a night shift position, offering a unique opportunity to work independently from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Card Member email inquiries regarding account information, statement details, travel notifications, and other related topics.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to Card Members, resolving their concerns and exceeding their expectations.
