Job Description: Remote Back-Office Data Processor – Night Shift

As a Remote Back-Office Data Processor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory sheets and member account records. This is a night-shift position, requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent computer skills. Full paid training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update inventory data into our systems.
• Maintain and update member account information, including contact details, membership status, and purchase history.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors.
• Process and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and member account activity.
• Assist with other data processing tasks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
