As a Remote Loyalty Program Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our SkyMiles members, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with our loyalty program.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to SkyMiles member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist members with account updates, including profile changes, password resets, and contact information modifications.
- Research and resolve member issues related to mileage accrual, redemption, and elite status.
- Process mileage claims and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to program guidelines.
- Educate members on the benefits of the SkyMiles program and promote new features and offerings.
- Document all interactions with members in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and improve the member experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on program changes and updates.
- Adhere to Delta Air Lines' policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
