Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Leads: Field a high volume of inbound calls and leads from prospective clients interested in life insurance.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals, family situations, and coverage requirements.
- Policy Recommendation: Present and explain various life insurance options, including term, whole, and universal life, tailoring recommendations to each client's specific needs.
- Sales & Closing: Effectively communicate the value of life insurance products, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Application Processing: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies regarding the sale of life insurance products.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License: Must possess a valid resident or non-resident life insurance license in your state of residence (and willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses).
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in telephone sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, dialer systems, and other sales tools.
- Self-Motivation: Highly disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to achieving goals.
