Responsibilities

• Review and process life insurance applications with meticulous attention to detail.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations.

• Meet or exceed established performance goals for application processing and data entry accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date on life insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service to applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or risk issues to management.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
