The Opportunity:
In this role, you will provide feedback on the complete user experience for a variety of products. This includes the "out-of-box" experience, the ease of setup, the learning curve, and its day-to-day usability. You are mapping the customer journey and identifying every high point and every point of friction along the way.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
* Map the User Journey: Document your experience from the very beginning to long-term use.
* Provide Holistic Feedback: Comment on usability, design, branding, and overall satisfaction.
* Be the User's Voice: Clearly articulate the emotional and practical aspects of the experience.
* Identify Friction Points: Pinpoint exactly where a user might get stuck, confused, or frustrated.

* An empathetic person who can easily put themselves in the shoes of a new customer.
* An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can tell a story.
* No technical expertise is needed; your experience as a user is your primary skill.
